This module has been designed by the University of Alicante and explains the cultural and organizational aspects of Quality Assurance. The content is oriented towards the consecution of the following learning outcomes:

• Understanding the human factor of Quality Assurance.
• Analysing the strategic, organizational and institutional components of Quality Assurance and Quality Culture.
