• Understanding the basic roles, purposes and characteristics of Quality Assurance.
• Summarizing the different approaches of External Quality Assurance (EQA).
• Analyzing the strengths and limitations of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).
• Examining the relationship between Quality, EQA and IQA.
