This module has been designed by the University of Alicante and to provide guidance on the design of the Internal Quality Assurance System. The content is oriented towards the consecution of the following learning outcomes:

• Examining the components of Internal Quality Assurance at institutional level.
• Understanding the collaborative approach to Quality Assurance within the institution.
• Comprehending the necessity to systematize processes, standards, indicators and responsibility attribution to fully articulate an Internal Quality Assurance System.
